  General Choi Memorial TKD Completed
 

Bagmati Zone won the Team Championship of the fourth General Choi Memorial National Taekwondo Tournament with 10 gold, 12 silver and four bronze medals. Narayani zone came second with eight gold, three silver and two bronze medals. Chauchi Dangol and Nirmala Magar in senior and Rabin Thapa Magar and Puja Giri in junior section were declared the best players of the two-day tournament organised by Nepal International Taekwondo Federation (Nepal ITF).

Two Jupiter women, both taekwondo black belts, have something special on display at their recently opened martial arts school — the gold medals they

He was born on the wrong side of the tracks in Sentul, Kuala Lumpur , the only child of a railway worker.

exhibited her self-defence skills on the Suncoast Casino promenade. She was awarded the Special Achievement Award by her karate association, the Shotokan Karate International Federation, after she took on a man twice her size when he allegedly exposed himself to two of her friends in July. She punched and kicked him until he buckled and fled on his bicycle.
